Who am I?
Lack of this fundamental knowledge that eludes most of humanity causes untold physical and mental ills as well as fear, conflicts and delusions.
Traveling the Tao/The Way to self-discovery by exploring the question who am I? , new insights and power become available which, when applied to daily life, bring about great improvements to health, relationships, and levels of tolerance and understanding and also opens the doors to true inner peace and happiness.
Our journey starts with the thorough understanding of our physical body with all of its corporeal phenomena and its relationship internally to our senses and externally to nature including the five elements, five seasons, five categories of foods and so on. This program also includes the development of the thorough understanding of:
* the formation and transformation of energy with its origin in our present and past lives
* the mind, and its different layers including the lower mind, the ego, the subconscious mind and the higher intelligence
* the foods we eat based on their energy and other qualities and their indication and contraindication for individuals with different constitutions
* the effect of combining incompatible foods on our health, even if they all are considered good foods, and the change in nature of the foods in different seasons
* the light on vegetarianism and macrobiotic foods and the art of cooking deliciously
* finally, what is the Self?
There are two ways to study this program:
1) by taking a two and half hour course once a week over a certain period of time.
2) by participating in a series of weekend workshops.
Both programs are available at the Centre.
