Welcome to the Centre for the Ways Wellness Association of Ontario
The Centre for the Ways Wellness Association of Ontario was founded by Master Yula Sensei in Richmond Hill Ontario in the late 80s.
In the past two decades the Centre has provided ongoing programs in Yoga Energetics, Tai Chi Chuan Tao, Tai Chi-Chi kung, Zen Way of Karate and Zenki-Do Martial Arts, as well as courses and workshops in Oriental Medicine.
The Centre has trained a group of qualified teachers in the fields of Yoga, Tai Chi, Zenki-Do and Zen Karateki-Do, who are now teaching in Europe, the USA, and of course here at home, promoting a healthy and balanced life style to communities of their concern.
The Centre offers ongoing programs in Yoga, Tai Chi and Martial Arts.
